Step 2. Confirming and Taking Action on the Sign Request

It is a best practice to call the people that have requested a sign prior to installing the sign.

1. Go to View My Folders.

2. Select the Sign Management Folder, and select your list of sign requests (ex. 2015 Sign Requests).

3. On the My List page, select the Print icon to print your list.

4. Set up your Print criteria (for more information on printing your list, click here). Remember to use the Sign Requests  script.

Begin making calls to those who requested signs to confirm that they still wish to have a sign installed.
