Printing an Invoice for Blast Emails

  1. From the Main Menu page of the Shared Contacts tab, click Letters-Emails in the left-hand administrative menu.
  2. In the Letters-Emails menu, click Email Plan.
  3. This will take you to the Email Plan page which documents your team’s Blast Email purchases.
  4. In your browser, click File, then Print.
  5. You can either print a paper copy or use the Print function to save the file as a PDF, XPS file, or similar file type, depending on your browser and computer. In the example below, I selected the “XPS” format by selecting “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” from the Printer Name dropdown menu and clicking OK.
  6. Choose the folder in which you want to save the file, name it, and click Save.
  7. Your invoice is ready to be emailed.
